Other Countries Remittance to Australia
1. Obtain account: on the day of remittance, please send e-mail to Eden Services Group asking for a valid local bank account (This account is only valid for the day, the next day will need to confirm the account information again).
2. Accept transfer: Eden Services Group local bank account accept account transfer only and NO CASH DEPOSIT. For company customers, please obtain more information, otherwise it will cost service fee not less than 1%.
3. Send receipt: after the transfer is completed, please send back the transfer receipt to Eden Services Group with information below:
- Name of remitter or Eden Services Group customer account number;
- Payee’s name and contact number in Australia
4.Redemption: after payment is received, you can choose to redeem it when the exchange rate is satisfactory. After the redemption, the Australian payee would need valid identification to withdrawal the fund, either in cash or bank transfer to payee’s account in Australian dollars.

2. Accept transfer: Eden Services Group AUD bank account only accepts account transfer and NO CASH DEPOSIT. For company customers, please obtain account number separately; otherwise, it will cost service fee not less than 1%.
3. Send receipt: after the transfer is completed, please send back the transfer receipt to Eden Services Group with information below:
- Name of remitter or Eden Services Group customer account number
- Payee’s name and contact number in local countries
